ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN

Materials


-A toilet paper roll -

How to make your car



First the children paint rolls of toilet paper as they want.

Once they are dried with the help of an adult, they cut back windshield and small holes will be made, two on each side to be all four wheels. in the holes will put plastic sticks and along with another hole in the bottle caps will put.
We have the car ready for the next race





Materials
  • Cardboard egg carton
  • Scissors
  • Tempera paints
  • Paintbrush
  • Pipe cleaners
  • Construction paper
  • Markers
  • Stapler
Steps to follow


First thing we do is to cut box eggs in half

Turn one of the halves upside down and Paint with tempera paint.
Attach pipe cleaners to the head for feelers.
Cut wings from construction paper and decorate with paint or markers; staple to the side of the cardboard.
Use your imagination to make variations; for example, use one cup of the cardboard to make a turtle or a ladybug, use three cups to make a bumblebee, or use a full half cardboard to make a caterpillar

 Colored Pasta Jewellery



Material that you need: 

- Uncooked hollow pasta (eg. macaroni)
-Ziplock bags
-Food colouring
-Hand sanitiser
-Paper towe 


How we did it:



The first place your uncooked pasta into a ziploc bag.  Put a few squirts of hand sanitiser into the bag.

Re-open the bag and pour a few drops of food colouring into the ziploc bag. 
Zip up the bag and shake until the food colouring has mixed evenly through the pasta. The pasta is extracted and places in towels in order that it dries off. The following step is to be putting the pasta in the thread and when it has been ended to close the necklace with zeal. Finally you have a wonderful necklace of macaroni.

Make a Straw Skeleton

Make a Straw Skeleton Activity



What You Need:

-White chalk

-Glue

-Scissors

-Straws plastic

-Cardboar poster black 

What You Do:

Cut the straws into several pieces to make the bones of the skeleton.

After creating the skeleton, gluing each straw in the same way that your, wiht glue , always with help from you.

Then draw the skeleton heas whit white chalk.

What You Do:
1. Put the cap on one end of the tube.
2 Wet wool or thread in the oil and wring
3 Enter the thread on the tube with the help of the stick
4 Close the bracelet to the other end of the plug





EDUINA DE JESÚS

DAY OF PEACE




Material: cardboard, tempera paint, chopsticks, glue, hands and paintings.

Description: On the day of peace, we create manuals pigeons in commemoration of that day. Children painted with tempera on cardboard hands plasmaran their mark, then paint the beak and eyes, finally to cut back the shape of your hand and stick stick together, creating puppet dove of peace.

Materials: 

Papel, markers, crayons, colored pencis, scissors and glue stick

Description:
 Give to the children a paper with a draw of a leaf for them to decorate after a mural for Autumn.  Another way is that they draw the leaf and also they color it.


Other possibility is to make this mural with flowers when spring arrives, with snowmen when winter comes…

Recycling activity: caterpillar roll toilet paper.

Materials: 
toilet paper tube, hand paint, eyes stickers and cardboards of colours.
Description:
If you want to do something with the kids about animals colours and nature you can use this idea. You can also work on recycling, because you use toilet paper tube, which are made of cardboard. It's a funny way to recycle and learn. First you ask your kids that bring to class some toilet paper tube, them they decorate however they want with diferent colours of hand paint and put the eyes stickers on the first tube or where they want. Finally they will paste the tubes on cardboard with leaf form. AND YOU GET A BEAUTIFUL CATERPILLAR!

- A sheet happens on a stick to do a mast and sail.
- Make to roll a mud little boll and give it in the center of half of rind of nut.
- It inserts the mast and the sail sheet in the clay ball.

Turtle "Tambourine" - take a pair of paper plates, handful of beans, lentils, rice or macaroni, stapler, green construction paper, markers and scissors.
Cut turtle leg shapes and a head shape  from green construction paper. Allow child to decorate bottom of both paper plates; the will be the shell of the turtle. Place paper plates together, decorated sides out, insides together to form "tambourine". Staple together inserting legs as appropriate. Leave the neck area unstapled. Place handful of beans/lentils/rice/macaroni in to turtle body and staple the rest of the paper plates together, inserting neck and head where appropriate.  
Let's play some animal music!!!!!

Hot Air Balloon Trace and Decorate

Skills:  Pre-handwriting [tracing], shapes and colors recognition, scissor cutting skills

Suggestion : Print to light blue paper for a sky background or cut out once decorated and paste to blue craft paper , add clouds with cotton balls. 

  1. Trace the balloon's outline in clockwise motion in primary colors or choose colors for a holiday.  Trace the clouds with blue or gray.
  2. Decorate the inside of the balloon with cut-up shapes , use precut foamies [children under age 4], construction paper , children can help cut out the shapes to practice scissors skills.
  3. Identify the colors and shapes
  4. Fill clouds with cotton balls or cotton batting. 

    Materials:

    Cut out shapes from color paper or foamies
